IS LAGREE FITNESS™ PILATES?

No. Lagree Fitness™ is a challenging, core intensive full body workout that targets both the slow and fast twitch muscle fibers to maximize results. While intense, the workout is low impact and safe on the joints, spine, and connective tissues. Lagree Fitness™ is the only workout to effectively combine cardio, strength training, endurance, core, flexibility, and balance – not only in each 40 minute session, but in each and every move.

WHEN DOES THE SCHEDULE OPEN UP FOR BOOKING?

Every Sunday at 7:00pm the schedule opens up a new week for booking.

THIS IS MY FIRST CLASS. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Reform Fitness is the only studio in Western New York to offer the revolutionary Lagree Fitness™ method. As such, an introduction to the method and the Megaformer is required before your first session. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the start of class. Once you are checked in, your instructor will give you an overview of the Lagree Fitness™ method and the Megaformer. For your safety, if you are not present at least five minutes prior to the start of class, you will not be permitted into the session.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Grip socks are required for all classes, (effective November 1, 2020). Grip socks will help you get the most out of each and every class you attend with us!

Don't own grip socks? No sweat! We have a variety of our favorite brands available for purchase at both our City and our South locations for just $16. Sneakers are NOT permitted on the Megaformers.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE IN STUDIO?

We have showers available in studio, as well as storage cubes, deodorant, and other toiletries. Need a sweat towel? No sweat! Towels are provided!

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Please arrive at least ten minutes before class. Whether an existing client or a Reform Fitness newbie, if you are signed up for class and are running late, you have a five minute grace period from the start of class to keep your reservation. If you are more than five minutes late, your reservation may be given to another client on standby or the waitlist and you will lose your class credit. If you are a new client and arrive more than five minutes late, you will not be permitted into class. We recommend that new clients arrive at least ten minutes early, as we require all new clients to  receive an introduction to Lagree Fitness™ and the Megaformer™ prior to class. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and understanding!

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. This means that you can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled session, without penalty. If you cancel your reservation prior to the 12 hour mark, the session will be credited back to your RF account for future use. If, however, you cancel your reservation after the 12 hour mark, you will lose your class credit (members with a Monthly Unlimited package will be charged $20).

THE WAITLIST.

If the class you want is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a Megaformer becomes available, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirming your reservation. The waitlist will hold a class credit in order to save a spot on the waitlist. If you are not removed from the waitlist the class credit will automatically be added back into your account one hour after the scheduled class ends.

Waitlist Window: You can be added off the waitlist into class 6 hours prior to class: If you are on a waitlist, it is assumed you want to attend a class. If any anytime prior to 6 hours before the class start time you do not wish to attend class anymore, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist in order to avoid being added into the class. If you are added into the class after our 12-hour cancellation period and no longer want the spot you will be responsible for the late cancel or no-show penalty.

I’M PREGNANT. CAN I STILL TAKE CLASS?

Doctors advise against beginning a new workout while pregnant, especially one as core intensive as Lagree Fitness™. If you regularly attended Reform Fitness prior to your pregnancy, you may continue to do so with approval from your doctor. Before class, please advise your instructor that you are pregnant, so that they can provide you with any modifications you may need.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

Yes. Clients must be at least 14 years old to take class at Reform Fitness. If you are under 18, we require that your parent/legal guardian complete the Reform Fitness Information Sheet and Waiver prior to your first session.

  • All classes must be prepaid. All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for refund, transfer or exchange.

  • Reform Fitness is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.

  • PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY: By attending class at Reform Fitness, you consent to having your image captured by the Reform Fitness staff and other media outlets. The resulting materials, including photographs, video and audio recordings, may be used by Reform Fitness, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the Reform Fitness website, social media sites and other properties. If you do not want your image to appear on the Reform Fitness website, social media sites or other properties, please advise a member of the Reform Fitness staff prior to class. 

MONTHLY UNLIMITED CONTRACT

  • A valid credit card must be on file for all active accounts. Reform Fitness is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.

  • No shows and late cancellations will incur a $20 fee.

  • Once your Monthly Unlimited contract expires, it will automatically renew under the same terms. To cancel your Monthly Unlimited, contact us at least three (3) days prior to the expiration of your existing contract.
